Countryfied Porkchops
Sunday, February 6th, 2005My kids used to call these Mustard Meat.
I call them Countryfied Porkchops
6-8 medium pork chops
2 cups flour
1/8 tsp pepper
1/4 tsp salt
2 cans (10.5 oz.) Cream of Mushroom soup
1/4 cup milk
Yellow Mustard
9×13 baking dish
Brush each pork chop with mustard, coating well; set aside.
