Heavenly Coconut Cream Pie
1 baked 9″ pie shell
2/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup corn starch
1/2 tsp salt
3 cups milk
4 egg yolks (slightly beaten)
2 tblsp butter (or margarine)
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup flaked coconut
1 cup whipping cream
