One thing I like about WordPress is the wide range of plugins available. I’m going to list a few I like here.

If I listed in no particular order, Spam Karma would still be at the top of the list. It is very effective at keeping your WordPress spam free.
Speaking of updating this post, if you want a way for your users to subscribe to comments, there’s nothing easier or more effective than Filosofo Enroll Comments. Drop one file into your plugins folder and users can subscribe to be notified whenever there’s a new comment to a post right there at the comment field. Subscriptions can be added/removed from their control panel.
Although WP Admin Bar 2 hasn’t been updated in some time, it’s one I enjoy. If you have admin rights, it adds links to Dashboard, Themes, Options, Add Link, Write, and Logout in your header. I love coming to my site and being able to click Write from any page. I just need to click it more often. :blush:
As stated, I’ll update this post as I think of it. For now, I really need to get some work done. :bawling:
