It’s fine to smoke, just don’t do it a lot.

The same rule applies to every drug, illegal or not.

I have to give props to Become An Ex. They have some television commercials that are much more than, "Don't smoke, fool." I'm bettin' that they got the attention of many smokers who had been wanting to quit but were put off by assertions that the way to quit was to just quit. Become An Ex seems to understand the addiction and how hard it is to overcome it.
